We arrange luxury transportation, yacht charters, chauffeur services, and related offerings as described on our website. Availability, pricing, and inclusions are confirmed at the time of booking or in a written proposal. Not all vehicles or vessels may be available on every date.
3. Bookings and payment
Quotes are invitations to contract unless expressly stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge it in writing (email or other agreed channel) and any required deposit or payment terms are met. Late cancellations, no-shows, or changes may incur fees as disclosed in your booking confirmation.
4. Conduct and safety
Clients and guests must follow crew and driver instructions, local laws, and vessel or vehicle safety rules. We may refuse or terminate service where safety, illegal activity, or abusive behavior is at risk.
5. Third parties
Some services involve independent owners, operators, or licensed professionals. Their participation may be subject to additional terms provided at booking.
6. Intellectual property
Text, images, logos, and design on this site are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowable and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
8. Limitation of liability
